E. S. Renovation & Construction, Inc. is a full service general contracting construction company that offers expertise in furnishing highly skilled craftsmen and trades people creating exceptional residential and commercial interiors, developmental projects, exterior work and ground up construction.

We have been doing business in New York City and its surrounding areas for twenty years. ES uses its own crews to do layout, building, carpentry, plastering, painting, tile and metal work. Many of our employees come from an artistic background and bring their own aesthetic and conscientious attention to detail that defines ES Renovations work.

We have extensive relationships with architects and designers as well as subcontractors and vendors that provide custom services in millwork, glass, stone, masonry, skylight and window systems and all mechanical trades.

In addition to functioning as general contractors, we offer Construction Management services to clients for design, pre construction and all construction phases of projects with the experience to develop our clients vision within defined budgets.
